It would be helpful if the money was taken after the upload as I have instances where the card has not uploaded but I have still been charged.

Takes about 3 weeks for the cards to get delivered and there’s no way to double check your order in app. It’s coming from out of the USA. Quality is just ok. That being said, very easy to send and use the app.

I’ve used this app in the past and had great experiences. My last 2 attempts weren’t so great. I ordered a postcard 2x that was never delivered. I couldn’t find a phone number and 3 emails went unanswered. Contacted my credit card company and they credited my account for the amount that had been charged. Didn’t know if they were still in business.

Have been using this app for years. Have even started sending postcards instead of birthday cards, friends and family love it. The app is beautifully easy to navigate, really quick and an absolute bargain.
