The Par Avion and design above the text box add to the limitation. I was able to select my recipients from my phone contacts. There was no option for an envelope or a different size postcard. I sent an extra one to myself to check the print quality, card condition, and how long it takes to arrive. If those aren’t good, I’ll update my review. ### 4/5 — Slow delivery *2026-02-25, version 1.37* Takes about 3 weeks for the cards to get delivered and there’s no way to double check your order in app. It’s coming from out of the USA. Been using this BRILLIANT app to send my parents postcards to their care home. The last 4 I've paid for were never sent, gutted is an understatement! It allows you to create the postcard but then won’t calculate the total cost so that you can complete your purchase. Unfortunately each and every card was not centred properly, with uneven frames and the photo quality was poor. I would ultimately appreciate my money back please, but most importantly, I wanted to let you know that your cards were placed in a bag for delivery. In the bag, the post office had accidentally added another postcard for a neighbour. This postcard happened to be from Touchnote. It was great quality, centred photos and photo printed well. I have made a new order with them. The process was as easy and it also gave me an option to have it sent to my house, they were in an envelope so no post office stamps or damage from being in the post office- also a bonus as I want them for a display in our kitchen. I ordered a postcard 2x that was never delivered. I couldn’t find a phone number and 3 emails went unanswered. I reached out to customer service and got no response. Estimated delivery date was Jul 12-19. One recipient didn’t receive until Jul 23. The other still hasn’t received their post card. Emails to support were sent 5 days ago with order ID and support never responded. I have been unable to have any response from the emails that I’ve sent to the customer support number. Did a postcard recently and it never sent. I did not receive a confirmation either, but I did get charged. I have tried numerous times to contact by email, and no response whatsoever. More upset by lack of communication. Left app for new one.
