## What is Postcards by PostNord?

With Postcards, you can send real physical postcards to anyone in the world, directly to the recipient's mailbox!

Download the app today and surprise someone you love.

As simple as this:

• Select a picture from your photo album or take a new photo with the camera
• Be creative and design the front of the card with custom texts and emojis
• Write a personal greeting on the back with the help of stylish fonts and colours
• Pay by Apple Pay, credit card or Swish
• PostNord Sweden will print and send the postcard to the recipient you have chosen
• To addresses outside of Sweden, delivery will take a few days longer than Swedish domestic deliveries depending on the recipient’s country.

Numera Bättre, men svårt att redigera text på baksida. Önskar det fanns ett fält med ”fotnote” för att skriva in data typ datum och plats med lite mindre text format

### 1/5 — De tog mine penge men jeg ingen kort har fået!

Jeg har nu forsøgt 3 gange at bruge PostNords appen til at lave postkort til venner og familien. Hver gange har de taget mine penge men kortene er aldrig nået frem. Når jeg logger mig ind, finde jeg ingen ordrehistorik, som om det er ikke noget i menuen, og ikke er noget de hildestyre ved. Jeg har aldrig fået en bekræftelses mail som siger at jeg har bestilt noget. Jeg kan se de postkort jeg lavede og forsøgt at sende, men på ingen måde kan jeg se at jeg har bestilte dem, dog har PostNord taget mine penge fra MobilePay. Jeg er begyndt at undrer mig om det faktisk et et nordisk firma eller om det bare er fup. Næste gang bruger jeg et udlands firma, der for næsten den samme pris godt kan lavere varerne.

App looks great but selecting a custom picture doesn’t work. When I tap a picture to use, the postcard view glitches but then remains empty. Please fix :)

Very bad replacement of last yeats version.... no real recover of saved cards no real layout alternatives. No real payment options overall very poor layout for something that could be very simple

Etter dere endret til den nye appen så er det mye jeg savner fra den gamle. Det nye er også mer tungvindt i bruk og er treg av og til.

Fra den gamle appen savner jeg muligheten til å ordne egen collage, men også med hvit ramme rundt hvert bilde. Så bildene får litt ‘luft’ mellom seg og ikke blir så tett. Jeg savner også muligheten til å putte inn banner, fordi det var en super plass å skrive dato, og tillegg legge inn for eks. grader celsius. Så hvis jeg finner kortene og ser tilbake kan jeg se hvor varmt det var og datoen på en oversiktlig måte.

Appen sade att korten inte kan skickas. Ingen orderbekräftelse skickades till min mail. Men pengarna drogs ändå från kontot.
