I’ve upgraded to the paid version to be able to use and post on Instagram I added my account but it doesn’t let me post so I added the app on my phone it won’t open when I click it and I’m very frustrated.. I have been trying to get my money back, they refuse to refund me. I sent an email 4 days ago. No one has responded back to the error messages, I am getting from their app. They literally ghosted my emails. Should have read the reviews first. Too many connection errors, and media limitations. The app will not work with Instagram. I signed up for a FREE 7 day trial, but cancelled the app the same day when I realised it would not do what it claimed to do. A week later they attempted to take $99, despite me not proceeding, I removed my details from the app as you can’t unsubscribe. Their customer service is horrible and they refuse to help or understand why someone would not want to pay for an app that doesn’t do what it claims.
