Applicazione semplicemente imbarazzante per un servizio pubblico così importante.

Il processo di riconoscimento facciale è praticamente inutilizzabile. È quasi impossibile completare il selfie richiesto e, anche quando si riesce ad arrivare alla fine della procedura, l’app restituisce puntualmente un errore generico (“si è verificato un errore”) costringendo a ricominciare tutto da capo.

Un sistema che dovrebbe semplificare l’identificazione digitale finisce invece per far perdere tempo e creare frustrazione. È incredibile che un’app ufficiale di questo tipo venga pubblicata e mantenuta in queste condizioni.

Servizio completamente inaffidabile. Da rivedere totalmente.

App functionality is awful. Wasted a huge amount of time trying to scan electronic passport, then tried and tried to get the silly selfie photo with the passport in it and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get it framed right. 
Super annoying.

Esperienza disastrosa.
PosteID è una delle peggiori app mai usate. Funziona malissimo e crea solo problemi.

Se cambi numero di telefono o email è impossibile rientrare nel profilo. Sono mesi che provo a fare la revoca dell’identità, ma viene sempre rifiutata perché l’app non riconosce i documenti, anche se sono validi e perfettamente leggibili.

Tentare di creare un nuovo profilo è inutile: il selfie con documento è impossibile, l’app non riconosce le immagini ed è talmente arretrata da sembrare ferma a dieci anni fa.

Un servizio essenziale gestito in modo vergognoso. Frustrante, inaffidabile e inutilizzabile.

I have used the passport option and went through all the requested documents. I used the codice fiscale option as I do not have a tessera sanitaria. (The process took forever as one of the selfie steps required very particular lighting and angling of the camera to work).

After a few days my application was rejected because I did not upload a tessera sanitaria, even though I chose the alternative option which should have been acceptable. Waste of time.

Tre ore come se avessi tempo da perdere a cercare di fare il selfie con il passaporto. Per poi non riuscire ad andare avanti perché viene richiesta solo la la tessera sanitaria (che non ho - vivendo all’estero).
Ho provato tre volte.
Ripigliatevi.

Sono giorni che provo a usare questa app ma non funziona.

Non riconosce mai il viso e il passaporto. Le poche volte che sono riuscito a passare agli step successivi poi ho dovuto ricominciare da capo per via di altri errori.

Continua a chiedermi foto fronte e retro del mio documento alternativo per codice fiscale rilasciato dal consolato di Londra, ma essendo un documento digitale non funziona.

Ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti senza nessuna risposta.

Inutile perdita di tempo!

I didn’t believe the other reviews saying that they reject your application unless you have a tessera sanitaria. It turned out that the reviews were correct. I selected the option “Codice Fiscale”, and got rejected with a message saying that my application does not contain pictures of the tessera sanitaria. Why give the option of using the codice fiscale if then they reject you??? Everyone involved with this app (from the developers to Poste Italiane) should feel embarrassed by its poor quality!!

Per qualche strano motivo non ricevo più messaggi di autentica, ho chiamato il servizio clienti, speso oltre 10 euro per sentirmi dire che mi avrebbero chiamato entro qualche giorno lavorativo. Mi richiamano dopo oltre tre settimane per farmi ripetere le stesse cose, dicendo mi mi avrebbero richiamato il giorno dopo, peccano che lo fanno ma alle 7 di mattina, e non è che hanno riprovato più tardi, ovviamente ancora non ricevo messaggi di autentica

It start with a complicated set up, taking several attempts to eventually complete the process. However when you try to access the app again it goes into a loop saying that it doesn’t recognise your credentials, if you try to many times you are locked out for 30 minutes. When it doesn’t lock you out and eventually recognises your credentials, you need an OTP code to be sent to your registered mobile, however if your registered mobile is not an Italian number no code is sent and you can’t access the app. Next step is trying to call a “helpline” in Rome (at your cost, of course) but nobody answers! I’ve never come across something as poorly made as this

I have to update information on my SPID to allow the app to open but when I try to enter to update my information I am required to use the app …. which won’t open because it needs updated information! Only in Italy!!!!!

Ho provato diverse volte a registrarmi per ottenere lo SPID e la procedura è completamente frustrante. La registrazione del selfie con documento sotto mento è praticamente impossibile in tutte le condizioni di luce o background su telefoni moderni; anche utilizzando apparecchiature di filming professionale per stand non è sufficiente a stabilizzare l’immagine per avere il “verde” per un paio di secondi perché l’app possa catturare immagine. Per poi dire che è sfuocata quando si riesce dopo mezz’ora a catturare una foto. Inoltre quando si arriva all’ultimo passo per completare i forms di registrazione o sul telefono o su browser esterno genera errore incomprensibile “HTTP status code” con il messaggio attenzione e dopo avervi cliccato sopra torna alla pagina iniziale dimenticando tutti i dati inseriti nella sessione! Esperienza UX disastrosa.

La versione 4.5.484 risolve il problema! Qua sotto la recensione originale:

A seguito dell’ultimo aggiornamento di Poste ID l’app crasha istantaneamente all’avvio su iPhone 6+ con iOS 12. Ma non è che l’aggiornamento richiede funzioni non implementate? E mo che famo?
Aggiornamento- il crash log parla chiaro:  Termination Description: DYLD, Library not loaded: /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreNFC.framework/CoreNFC

insomma cercate di caricare CoreNFC (perché poi???) in un sistema operativo (iOS 12) oppure in un hardware (iPhone 6+) che non lo supporta! Correggere!
