## What is Posten?

The Posten app makes it easy to track, order home delivery and pick up your packages. You can also send packages in the app, and pick up packages in pakkeboks.

When you register with your phone number and e-mail we’ll find your packages automatically. You can also add packages manually. We’ll send you updates about the packages, and tell you when and where to pick it up.

The app is built around customer feedback, and we update the app continuously. If you’ve got suggestions for improvements or find errors in the app, you can contact us through the feedback function.

This is the umpteenth time I've tried to create an account, but I'm not receiving any messages on my Ukrainian phone number. Please fix this.

Bestilte en ting til 10 000 kr fra en nettbutikk som gave til et familiemedlem, og betalte ekstra for ekspresslevering. Likevel fikk jeg ikke leveringen til avtalt tid. Jeg mottok tre meldinger i løpet av dagen om at pakken var på vei, og den siste meldingen jeg fikk var «vi er på vei til deg, ca. på dette klokkeslettet». Samtidig sto det i appen at «vi fant ikke adressen din». Ingen ringte meg, og ingen kom. Jeg satt hjemme hele dagen kun for å vente på denne leveringen. Jeg prøvde å kontakte support, men de har kun åpent man–fre kl. 8–17, og dette skjedde fredag kveld kl. 21 🙁

The app is fine for the basic stuff but is poorly coordinated with some of postens services. 

If I order home delivery via landpostbud the app doesn’t register this and doesn’t say if a package is out for delivery. 

Instead of arriving like mail in the app with clickable links, notifications appear on my lock screen then disappear. 

Finding the link to upload import information to customs is like finding an Easter egg in a video game, necessitating counterintuitive several clicks before finally clicking an unmarked link.

I knew I shouldn’t have let this app update itself. Now it Nags you constantly for turning on Bluetooth, for some Goodness knows reason.

Update October’23: much better. Takk for fixing it. A really nice app,  and very helpful to have the days of local kerbside delivery listed.

HELt forkastelig app. selg etter å følge instruksjoner bruker jeg over 20 minutter uten at noe på appen reagerer. Den kortslutter eller henger seg opp og står helt stille. Selv med alle instruksjonene fulgt. Var ikke før jeg gikk vekk av frustrasjon og kom tilbake at det
Gikk etter solide 5 minutter til. Hvis man skal ha sånn system må det faktisk funke. Heller en kode som kan tastes inn eller barcode som kan scannes som på andre mer fungerende bokser
