## What is Poster Hires?

PosterHires is a hiring marketplace built specifically for licensed security guards and the companies that hire them.

For Security Guards — Free Forever:
Create your profile in minutes. Add your license number and class, work history, certifications, and availability. PosterHires automatically builds your professional PosterHires Resume from your profile. Browse job openings from security companies and apply directly. No fees. No subscriptions. Free forever.

For Security Companies:
Post a job and browse guards who apply. See every applicant's license class, work history, certifications, availability, Hireability Score, and PosterHires Resume before making a hiring decision. Contact your chosen guard directly — no agency, no middleman.

License information on PosterHires is self-reported by each guard. Employers can verify any license directly at fdacs.gov before making a hiring decision.
