## What is Postgres & Friends?

Postgres & Friends is a database client for iPhone and iPad. Connect to the databases you already run, browse what is inside them, and run the query you need — without opening a laptop.

BROWSE YOUR DATA
Move from connection to database to table, and page through rows without dragging the whole table down the wire. Search inside a result set, tap any row to read long values in full, or switch to the structure view when you need column types and keys.

WRITE REAL SQL
A proper editor with syntax highlighting, not a single-line text box. Every statement you run is kept in a local query history, and the ones worth reusing can be saved. A built-in, filterable cheat sheet sits one tap away for the syntax nobody memorises on a phone keyboard.

REACH PRIVATE DATABASES
Most databases worth connecting to are not open to the internet. Tunnel through a bastion host over SSH, using either a password or an OpenSSH private key.

SHARE THE ANSWER
Export the rows you are looking at as CSV and send them straight from the iOS share sheet.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
There is no account to create and no server of ours in the path between the app and your database. Passwords and SSH keys are stored in the iOS Keychain; saved connections, query history, and saved queries live in the app's own sandbox on your device. No analytics, no telemetry, no tracking SDKs.

Free includes up to three saved connections, table browsing, SQL execution, query history, and SSH tunnels across every supported engine.
