Negatives: higher pricing on items before any service or delivery fees. Deceptive promotions especially to encourage larger order sizes to “save”. Reality: Standard deceptive and predatory/manipulative practices along with partial refunds when situations arise, never full and fair outcomes. All that said, I still use it regularly and accept the 40-80% total premium cost for the convenience. Unfortunately supporting rent seeking, predatory garbage human beings who run the company.
