Worst case: they will literally dispose of it if the package is damaged, no consent was given by the customer and there will be no compensation. They will point their finger at the customer with some excuses. On top of them all, you have to be really persistent to get to know your parcel situation. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-09-10, version 8.65.1* Asked to download app by retailer, cannot get past the 3 countries to chose to move forward in app, none of which was UK where I am based. I live in Norway but my phone region has to stay in my home country. Can’t use the Norwegian app nor this one that only applies to Finland, Denmark, and Sweden. I usually avoid postnord for this reason but occasionally I have to use it. The recipient is shown online as having been sent the customs invoice by email, but has received No email. Tell you to go to the App to set Modtagerflex even though there is a sticker on my mailbox. My package had to be cleared by customs by paying 200 SEK. I tried to explain to postnord that my package is eligible for no customs fees, they said in order to give them more information on the eligibility, I had to also pay 250 SEK. Basically forcing me to pay regardless. No one will tell me why or how I can fix it or when it will be released. The app does not allow questions or filing of a complaint or an investigation. It’s a care package for a friend who is very unwell. (It didn’t do that but it felt like it) why is postnord Norge region locked that’s the stupidest decision I’ve ever seen for a delivery app, I can see the delivery on this postnord, so why can’t I unlock the box with this app?? ### 1/5 — Norway forgotten *2026-06-16, version 8.76* Why oh why does PostNord have one app available in European app stores for SE,DK&FI but for Norway the app is separate and only available in the Norwegian app store?
