Postpartum Recovery Tracker helps you follow your own healing with a single gentle check-in each day — under 30 seconds — and turns those check-ins into something useful at your next appointment.

YOUR DAILY CHECK-IN
Record pain, energy, mood, anxiety, sleep, bleeding and overall comfort. The extra questions adapt to how you gave birth, so a C-section recovery asks about your incision and mobility, while a vaginal birth asks about tearing, perineal pain and pelvic pressure. Nothing is required. Skip what does not apply.

YOUR RECOVERY TIMELINE
See your postpartum day, week and recovery stage at a glance, follow the first 12 weeks, and keep tracking up to six months. Daily, weekly and full-journey views show how pain, energy, mood, sleep and bleeding are actually moving.

INSIGHTS THAT STAY HONEST
Weekly summaries compare this week with the last and surface patterns in your own entries — for example, days with better sleep alongside lower pain. The wording is always observational. This app never diagnoses and never tells you a symptom is nothing to worry about.

SAFETY GUIDANCE
Some symptoms after birth need prompt attention. When you record one, the app says so plainly and points you to your healthcare provider or emergency services. It will never tell you to wait.

Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
