## What is PostReady Dual Recorder Camera?

Record once. Save portrait and landscape. No reshoot.

PostReady Recorder is a quiet camera utility for creators, educators, coaches, and anyone who publishes the same moment in two formats. Open the camera, frame with live portrait and landscape guides, record once, and save two synced files to Photos.

What makes it boring on purpose:
- One recording, two video files
- Live 9:16 and 16:9 framing guides
- 1080p dual output baseline on the free tier
- Front and back camera, audio on or off
- MOV or MP4 file setting
- If Photos save fails, the local file stays recoverable
- Last 20 recordings kept on device for re-export

What it doesn't do, on purpose:
- No account, no sign-in, no cloud upload
- No advertising, no analytics SDK, no tracking
- No watermark

Free saves clips up to 1 minute each. Pro removes the cap and adds:
- 4K capture
- 60 fps
- HEVC encoding
- Self-timer, mirrored selfies, and pro composition grids

Pro is offered as Monthly, Yearly (with optional 7-day free trial for new subscribers), or Lifetime. Pricing is shown inside the app and is set by Apple in your local currency. Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Cancel any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Built for creators publishing across Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube, websites, and presentations; for educators recording lessons that need to land on both a phone and a projector; for coaches who don't want to choose between vertical and wide; for product demos and walkthroughs that have to fit two destinations at once.

Privacy: camera and microphone access are used only for recording. Photos add-only access is used only for saving the videos you choose to keep. The app does not connect to any server.

Recording is now one tap away: the new Quick Record widget starts a take right from your Home Screen or Lock Screen, and "Start a Take" also works from the Action Button, Siri, Shortcuts, and a new Control Center control on iOS 18. And the first time you open the camera, a short one-time tip explains the promise: record one take, and both portrait and landscape land in Photos.

The plans screen is clearer too. The yearly plan now shows what it works out to per month and how much you save compared to monthly, you'll only see plans you can actually buy, and there's proper loading with a retry if the store connection hiccups. In onboarding, "Continue with free" is now a proper, visible button.

And one fix in the name of fairness: recording settings now always match your current plan. Plus a few small improvements after you save a take.

PostReady has a fresh new look — new icon, new everything on the store page.

We also added Creator Presets. Pick Talking Head, Product Demo, or Tutorial and the camera sets itself up for that kind of video. With Pro you can save your own setup and bring it back in one tap.
