Nice easy to use product, couple of improvements needed
V useful and easy to use and ok price too. Great way to add to communications with elderly mum when travelling. 4 stars only because there are a couple of niggles. In the postcard production, please could we have the ability to reduce the font to 10 or 12 (currently minimum is 14) so we can write a little bit more? And also on IOS, the picture for the signature section only selects last photo taken. Please look at this and test it?

I want to give five stars for this app but they decided to add a use or loose it to your purchases. I added over $100 to use but because I didn’t use it within the year they just kept the money and put my balance back to zero no email warning or notification 📣 Booo.
