Great way to add to communications with elderly mum when travelling. 4 stars only because there are a couple of niggles. In the postcard production, please could we have the ability to reduce the font to 10 or 12 (currently minimum is 14) so we can write a little bit more? And also on IOS, the picture for the signature section only selects last photo taken. Recently they've changed the minimum font size on their post cards to 14pt which means you can hardly write anything on the postcards! So disappointing as I used to be able send decent messages home, but no more. Frustrating as I have a lot of credit left to use. I’ve used this app for years and it’s been great but it seems to have deteriorated. Also, no obvious way to complain or contact customer service. That makes no sense and it was not limited in the past! That really needs sorting out ### 2/5 — Font size madness *2025-03-03, version 2.3.19* Used to like PostSnap, albeit there were a few things which annoyed me. But now they’ve made it worse! After getting a message that there was too much text, it won’t let you reduce the font size even though the option is apparently there. Then on selecting the “large postcard” option, it increased the font size automatically meaning it could accommodate even less text. Went back to edit it, but couldn’t reduce font size back to what it was. Total madness. Immensely frustrating. Appalling user experience. I’m not paying another penny for this nonsense. I’ve just signed up with Touchnote. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Use it or loose it 😕 *2026-06-23, version 3.4.0* I want to give five stars for this app but they decided to add a use or loose it to your purchases. I added over $100 to use but because I didn’t use it within the year they just kept the money and put my balance back to zero no email warning or notification 📣 Booo. ### 1/5 — horrendously frustrating! *2026-04-10, version 3.1.1* For such what should he such a simple process, it was not. Unclear. Time consuming. And what should be an e nota le task, anything but. ### 1/5 — Worked great *2025-12-08, version 2.4.0* Worked great for years. Today: “We need more PII to protect YOU — which we absolutely won’t sell and will not be stolen as it has with literally every other company. But seriously, we need more information from you so we can be another vector of data spillage.” ### 1/5 — Worthless in US *2025-10-31, version 2.3.27* Don’t bother with this if you are sending postcards in the US. It’s $4 per card (!!) and they take FOREVER (at least 2-3 weeks) to arrive because this is a British company, which I didn’t realize when I got the app. App description claims faster shipping times, even to US. Not worth the money for me. ### 1/5 — Very disappointed *2025-10-09, version 2.3.24* These took as long to be delivered as they would have had I posted them from our holiday in Borneo. I used the App to ensure the recipients would get them before we got home. The handwriting on iPad has not worked for ages and orders have just got lost after taking ages to prepare them.
