## What is Postura?

Back pain, poor posture, or a shoulder/hip imbalance bothering you? Postura turns your phone into a handy posture and tilt meter — no extra gear needed.

HOW IT WORKS
• Place the phone on your back and measure your trunk tilt angle in seconds (using the well-known forward-bend test).
• Mark your shoulder and hip line on a photo and see your symmetry. The photo is processed on-device only and never saved.
• Save your measurements, track the trend with charts, and export a PDF.

• A 5-minute daily exercise routine for back and posture.
• Stay consistent with voice guidance and reminders.
• All data stays on your device — no ads, no tracking, no account.

POSTURA PREMIUM (SUBSCRIPTION)
Unlimited measurements, exercise programs, camera symmetry analysis, progress tracking, and PDF reports.
