This is a really nifty, clean, approachable app for starting to stretch right to improve posture! The instructor is great and demonstrates the stretches well. After all courses are completed, I think the app would benefit from giving a customized daily stretch routine with super quick reminders of each stretch to keep up the work and make it a habit.

I really enjoy this app. The interface is clean and sophisticated. The stretches are very well demonstrated by the instructor and can be done almost anywhere. Just what I was looking for.

I am really impressed with this app, it is very simple and has helped a lot with my posture. The videos are very knowledgeable and the app works very well with your schedule, morning or night. I am surprised that I have found this app and it has a lot of potential to compete against other big fitness apps. Overall I would strongly recommend this app as it is a gem.
