## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t get past the allow notifications screen

*2026-05-15*

At the allow notifications screen, it tries to pop up something but fails and puts me back to allow notifications. There is no way to get past it.

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2026-03-19, version 1.3.5*

Doesn’t open up even after downloading and restarting several times , no reply to help requests

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2026-02-04*

To even detect you it makes you stand unnaturally so its pointless

### 1/5 — Useless unless you pay

*2026-01-08*

The app takes you through a whole setup process collects a bunch of info and then bricks all of it unless you pay for the subscription. No idea if it is useful or not since it literally gives you nothing before you hit the paywall. Just take a photo you don’t need a subscription for that…yet!

**Developer response:** Hi there, thanks for the feedback. There's a free trial to test out the experience before deciding to pay. Hope this helps!

### 1/5 — Have to pay

*2025-11-09, version 1.3.2*

Bad

### 1/5 — Total bait and switch during the onboarding process

*2025-09-16, version 1.3.0*

Total bait and switch during the onboarding process

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-08-14*

Very basic. Can’t see entire list of exercises. Insulting walk through of each exercise instead of list.

**Developer response:** Hi there, you have access to all exercises on the app, which are chiro-recommended, and more on the way.

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2025-08-13, version 1.3.0*

Wouldn’t recommend

### 1/5 — Not for me

*2025-07-07, version 1.2.2*

Not even the most basic features are available without paying first.
No way of knowing if the app is even remotely useful.

### 2/5 — No free trial

*2025-06-18*

How would I know if this works if there’s no free trial? You have to pay immediately to see anything. Seems like a decent app but I will not pay to use this for me or my patients until I know it works

**Developer response:** Hi there, we have added a trial on the annual plan which gives full access for 3 days. Hope this helps!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Guna

*2026-01-15*

Good

### 5/5 — Crashes at Allow Notifications Screen!

*2025-10-20*

I can not get past this. I tried erasing and redownloading the app multiple times.

**Developer response:** Hi there, I think this was resolved, but please email us if you encounter any issues. support@postureai.app. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Best posture app ever

*2025-10-09*

This app is a complete game changer! I can’t recommend it enough.

**Developer response:** Great to hear this! Thanks for the feedback!

### 5/5 — Works great

*2025-07-10, version 1.2.2*

I've always been a bit concerned about posture but it's been hard to really see where I'm at and actually do something about it except the occasional stretch. absolutely love this app to make all that easier!

### 5/5 — Exactly what I needed!

*2025-06-17, version 1.2.2*

I’ve been trying to improve my posture for the longest time and this app is exactly what I needed. Very easy to use.

### 5/5 — useful app!

*2025-04-11*

been using this for the past month and it’s definitely helping my posture. I like this custom posture plans!

**Developer response:** Great to hear this! Thanks for sharing!

### 4/5 — Improves posture and reports are nice! Needs more to be worth subscribing long term

*2026-02-11*

4 stars because this app did significantly improve my posture over a month but also could have improvements for the monthly cost.

Pros
* AI report feature is great. It was easy to use and nice to compare reports across months. I’m glad the data was exportable. No complaints here
* I like the tracking of workouts over the month though I wish it could let you edit days because I missed one day because your app was down. It would’ve been nice to have been contacted by the app saying they were aware of the issue and to give another free day or edit that day, but I’m not that upset about it since I knew my workout at this point.
* The workouts do work and there are a range of options (see my con section for the but). The instruction videos are clear and well-done.

Cons
* The reports don’t make it seem like you are improving - in fact, over the course of the month I had “no change” and an overall score of poor despite my improvement in alignment numbers and overall straightness of my skeleton line. I think each score should be normalized to the person and as they get closer to alignment, it slowly ticks up to “perfect,” if that score is possible. This would allow people not to feel discouraged.
* It would be nice to have various workouts over the week targeting different muscles to mix it up and work towards total body alignment as I got a little bored with it and changing it deletes the whole month of progress tracking. I think more people would stay subscribed if more workout features and variety were included. Seems like there are only 20 or so workouts and stretches total.
* I think the workout software itself could be better. Once I know how to do the workout, I don’t want to default see the videos every time to check I have completed something as it pauses my music. It also would be nice to have the timer directly integrated into the workout and have workouts somewhat auto progress. I know there is a timer but it is hard to access while in the workout itself

### 4/5 — Auto capture

*2025-09-14*

been trying a few posture apps and this is so far the smartest in capturing pictures

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback!! Great to hear!

### 4/5 — Love it but

*2025-08-13*

I love this app. I have a twisted pelvis creating a low side. The only thing I would ask is that the descriptions are clearer. What does 5.9% off mean - I wish it would say more like - your right shoulder is 5.9% lower than your left shoulder, or if comparing to the ideal, you right shoulder is 5.9% lower than ideal posture. I would like it spelled out in normal talk.thankfully when it said the right side it's talking about your right side, which is reversed in the posture scan (it would be great if it showed like a mirror instead).

**Developer response:** Hi there! Thanks for this feedback! We’ll be making the descriptions and analysis much better! Stay tuned for the next updates. Thanks for the support!

### 3/5 — Not accurate

*2025-05-19*

My side pose analysis says it’s fine but i have kyphosis

**Developer response:** Hi there! Thanks for sharing. It’s potentially related to the angle your phone placement was in during the photo. Please try using a flat surface on a desk/table for best results.
