## What is Posture · Baro?

Sit up straight — a gentle buzz the moment your neck slumps forward, held too long.

Posture uses on-device pose detection to watch your neck angle and remind you, only when a forward-head slump is sustained. The camera never records: we draw only your skeleton, never the video. Nothing leaves your phone.

A big update — Posture now remembers your sessions and measures against your body, not a textbook one.

• Dashboard: upright-share trend by day or week, sessions recorded and your streak
• A session summary is saved when you stop — upright share and slouch count
• Daily goal in minutes, with an optional daily reminder
• Slouch sensitivity (Gentle / Normal / Strict) and how long a slouch must hold before the alert
• My upright baseline: sit the way you consider upright, hold 3 seconds, and every level is measured from you
• Choose how you're alerted: vibration, sound or screen flash
• A clear “Nothing to measure” state with a placement hint, so you always know the camera really sees you
• 1-minute neck reset after a session: chin tuck, side tilts, shoulder rolls

• Setting your baseline could wait forever when nothing was being measured — it now ends and tells you, and you can cancel it at any time
• The camera permission screen opens Settings directly
• The skeleton no longer lingers on screen after you stop
• Sessions no longer lose records when two saves overlap
• Bigger touch targets and stronger text contrast on every screen
• The dashboard opens instantly
