It always hurts to try and self correct so I’m finding these gentle exercises really beneficial to do. They don’t hurt and I already feel after two weeks that I’m straightening out. The app is easy to navigate and Mike gets back to you quickly with any questions. ### 2/5 — Hard to follow *2024-05-09, version 6.18.0* When the app first came out it had programs that were easy to follow and tracked your progress. Thanks so much, Mike ### 3/5 — Great Videos, But Lacking Functionality *2024-03-29, version 6.17.0* The posture videos are great, and there are numerous programs to choose from, as well as regular live classes. I am definitely starting to see improvement to my posture. Unfortunately, the previous app used for delivering the programs had way more features to help keep me on track and differentiate itself - it had a daily tracker, timers, notifications, showed all your history to date. With the new app, that all went away, and staying motivated to keep doing the exercises has been a challenge. I really hope they can bring that back, as I don’t know if it justifies the cost for me long term(when converting to Canadian dollars, it $40+/month). ### 5/5 — Great app for fixing posture issues *2024-03-24* I’ve been using the app for a few months and find the exercises really useful for helping with both my forward neck and rounded shoulder issues. The videos and instructions are really clear and easy to follow and offer alternatives if you don’t have the equipment needed with simple household items. I’ve just started on the exercises for people with a desk based job and already seeing improvements in my neck and upper back pain.
