## What is Posture Reset Coach?

Posture Reset Coach works with supported AirPods wireless headphones to give you a quieter way to interrupt tech-neck drift during focused work. In a user-started session, it compares your head position with a neutral position you calibrate for yourself and gives a gentle cue when you have stayed forward for too long.

Built for screen-heavy days, the app supports awareness around forward-head posture, rounded shoulders, slouching, and everyday neck and upper-back stiffness. Start a session when you want support, choose the sensitivity and cue style that fit your workday, and stay in control of the experience.

When it is time to change position, choose a guided reset. Explore 225 timed programs and 150 illustrated movements for screen-heavy days, with clear steps, timers, coaching cues, and pause/play controls. Find short sessions for your neck, shoulders, upper back, chest, hips, breath, mobility, and more.

See your rhythm, not just a reminder. Every completed monitoring session includes a Posture Reset Score and a clear breakdown of tracked time. Review session history, weekly and monthly trends, completed programs, and observations based on your own activity.
