The short routines and move reminders throughout the day have been such a huge help with my lower back pain due to sitting at a desk all day. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my pain levels and mobility and a little in my posture too!

Good app if you’re trying to improve your posture and mobility. The programs are straightforward enough to follow daily and the exercises.
