As a programmer I spent a lot of time at a desk. This really hurts my posture. I was looking for a product that allowed to me to fix with just a few minutes each day. Within 3 weeks this app transformed my spine!

I have had back/posture problems for years and I have used multiple methods to try and fix it but haven’t made much progress.

Downloaded the app and the duolingo-style progress chain is amazing! 

Highly recommend!!!
