## What is PostureHalo?

PostureHalo helps you become more aware of forward head posture while you work, study, or sit at your desk.

Using AirPods Pro head motion, PostureHalo monitors your head position in real time and alerts you when your posture drifts beyond your chosen threshold. Calibrate your neutral and forward-head positions, then start monitoring while the app is open.
