## What is Posturely AI Posture Coach?

Posturely is an iOS app designed to help you monitor and improve your sitting posture.

Place your iPhone on a desktop phone stand and start monitoring. Posturely observes your upper-body posture from a front-side angle. When it detects that you are looking down, leaning forward, or changing your sitting posture, the app sends reminders to help you adjust in time.

It is suitable for studying, doing homework, reading, and long hours of desk work.
