Posture is the difference between how you look and how you could look. WORK ON HEAD POSITION. Get a focused daily routine for the head, shoulder, spine, or hip area your answers identify first. WALK IN WITH PRESENCE. Standing tall changes how people read you before you say a word. HOW IT WORKS START WITH YOUR PLAN. Answer four quick questions to receive a clearly labeled estimated starting score, a first-focus area, and a preview of your personalized six-minute session. UNLOCK YOUR ROUTINE. The subscription offer appears after your plan or optional scan preview. An active subscription unlocks your first guided session, measured results when you scan, continued sessions, and rescans. Sessions use guided videos and timers and require no equipment. ADD A SCAN WHEN YOU WANT. A side-profile photo is optional during onboarding and remains available later. Apple Vision maps visible body landmarks on your iPhone and creates a measured posture baseline. Subscription access unlocks the full measured report. If a photo cannot be analyzed, you can continue from the questionnaire estimate. Later rescans may add a front photo to refine alignment changes. TRACK THE CHANGE. A measured scan provides a 0-100 posture score, four area scores (Head, Shoulders, Spine, Hips), and your weakest area. Rescan over time to compare photos and measurements. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your scan photos are processed entirely on your iPhone. They are never uploaded, and you can delete them anytime from Settings. Nobody sees your photos but you.
