## What is PosturePal?

Spending hours looking down at your phone or hunching at your desk? PosturePal watches your head position in real time and gently reminds you when you slouch or crane forward, so you can sit tall and give your neck a break.

TWO WAYS TO TRACK
• Front camera on Face ID iPhones: prop your phone facing you, for example next to your laptop
• AirPods: wear AirPods Pro, AirPods (3rd generation), or AirPods Max and the phone can rest anywhere
• A friendly figure mirrors your head in real time: green means good posture, amber means you dropped your head or arched back

GENTLE NUDGES
• A soft sound or notification when you slouch for too long
• A wrist tap on your Apple Watch, if you wear one
• With AirPods you can keep tracking in the background with an optional focus sound, even with the phone locked

MAKE IT YOURS
• Calibrate to your own upright posture for accurate detection
• Drag the good zone on the dial to tune sensitivity
• Battery Saver rests the camera after sustained good posture
• Start monitoring with Siri or a Shortcuts automation

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Daily and 7 day posture stats, longest good run, and a gentle daily goal
• Streaks and a week over week trend

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• All camera, face, and head motion processing happens on your device, in real time
• No video or face data is ever recorded, stored, or uploaded
• Your posture stats stay on your device; feedback and crash reports send only when you choose
• No account, no ads, no tracking
