It appears from the reviews that I am not alone in experiencing this issue. While the app initially had good functions, I was disappointed to find that the access to its features was severely restricted. Despite the high cost of the app, many advanced features were only available through costly upgrades. Considering the above concerns, I kindly request a refund and hope for a prompt processing. Es erleichtert mir den Praxisalltag und die App wirkt professionell. Leider ist mit der App aber kein uneingeschränkter Zugriff möglich. Man kann nur 25 Patienten aufnehmen und muss dann ein erneutes Abo abschließen (über 200 Euro jährlich). Ich finde das hätte in der Beschreibung stehen können und enttäuscht, da ich nun die App nicht uneingeschränkt nutzen kann. He is obsessed with the accuracy and quality of the app and that makes all the difference. Don’t waste your time with knock offs apps. They are just not the same.
