## What is PostureSense?

PostureSense helps you build better posture habits while you work, study, or focus.

Pair compatible AirPods, calibrate your neutral position in five seconds, and begin a posture session. PostureSense uses motion data from your AirPods to recognize when your head moves away from your baseline. Optional camera assistance adds on-device posture evidence when your head and torso are visible. Clear on-screen cues and optional reminders help you notice looking down, leaning forward, and sideways tilt without breaking your flow.

COMPATIBILITY
Live posture monitoring requires compatible AirPods and an iPhone or iPad. Motion-data availability depends on your AirPods model, connection, device, and system software. AirPods are sold separately.
