This was one of the worst food delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered from Rahmath Restaurant, which is only 1 km from my home. I had guests at home, so I couldn’t go and collect the food myself. If you visit Rahmath Restaurant directly, they prepare a takeaway order in about 10 minutes. But with Potafo, the delivery partner took more than 45 minutes just to reach the restaurant and pick up the order. The food was ready but kept waiting at the restaurant, affecting both the delivery time and food quality. A food delivery app should save time, not waste it. Even for a restaurant just 1 km away, the service was extremely slow and disappointing. I will never order through Potafo again. If you want to eat lunch on time, place your Potafo order at breakfast time—that’s how slow the service is. Potafo seriously needs to improve its delivery operations and assign delivery partners much faster. The delivery staff are very friendly, professional, and courteous. The customer care team is also highly skilled in resolving issues and provides excellent support whenever needed. I experienced a slight delay with one of my orders, but both the delivery executive and the customer care team proactively contacted me and informed me about the delay. Their communication and customer service were impressive and helped avoid any inconvenience.
