Doesn’t inflate prices like Zomato or Swiggy. This was one of the worst food delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered from Rahmath Restaurant, which is only 1 km from my home. I had guests at home, so I couldn’t go and collect the food myself. If you visit Rahmath Restaurant directly, they prepare a takeaway order in about 10 minutes. But with Potafo, the delivery partner took more than 45 minutes just to reach the restaurant and pick up the order. The food was ready but kept waiting at the restaurant, affecting both the delivery time and food quality. A food delivery app should save time, not waste it. Even for a restaurant just 1 km away, the service was extremely slow and disappointing. I will never order through Potafo again. If you want to eat lunch on time, place your Potafo order at breakfast time—that’s how slow the service is. Potafo seriously needs to improve its delivery operations and assign delivery partners much faster. I cannot recommend this app to anyone who values timely food delivery. ### 1/5 — Very poor experience *2026-06-08* Very poor experience with Potafo. I placed my order at 1:00 PM, but it was delivered only at 3:45 PM, which is an unacceptable delay. The customer service was also very disappointing, as there was no proper communication or support regarding the delay. I’ve personally supported them a lot by not ordering in Swiggy or Zomato when I am in Calicut. Off late I am seeing very unprofessional, Lying & lack of customer empathy. I was told once restaurant was delaying, however in th App it was clearly showing Delivery Guy not assigned, I double checked by calling the restaurant to make sure. When I tried to confront the delivery guy, he was absolutely rude.
