Both of the helpline number never works it just keeps on ringing and nobody from their end picks up. If you’re lucky you’ll get a call back after a couple of hours or maybe days or maybe never. You just have to keep on trying and hope for the best. Neither does the email as it takes ages for them to reply back . Incase you’re lucky to be able to return a product that you ordered good luck again with the refund amount. Service is super slow. I raised a dispute for 2 other transactions . I also called the online support and confirmed the same Now coming to the problems 1) now they say 2 orders have been placed ( for almost same set of products) and they have already shipped one for which I had no confirmation email or follow up 2) despite of multiple emails,WhatsApp and fb messages we get no response properly 3) where there is international shipping they have to provide support for our time Zones as well . We have to stay very late to just follow up everyday 4) the app is pathetic . Half the time it doesn’t confirm if your order has been placed or any tracking information for the same Highly disappointed and now I just hope I receive the money back for my failed orders and they don’t send 2 set of same items.
