Kait is a fantastic coach. I was so uncertain about my diagnosis, and struggling daily was taking a huge toll on my emotions and health. She has an incredible amount of knowledge from her years and years of experience and offered every single piece of personalized encouragement that I had been needing for years. The app is very easy to navigate and it made easing into a routine very simple and satisfying after completing each “task”. I completed a full 28 day support program and I will be continuing to work with Kait so I can continue to take back my life!

My daughter started using POTStrong over a year ago.  After several years without answers, My daughter’s cardiologist recommended this program as a way to improve my daughter’s exercise intolerance and help her system tolerate being upright. POTStrong worked with my daughter with weekly check-ins and we were even able to start the program one-on-one with the trainer. My daughter used the app as her guide and was able to build her exercise tolerance. She was able to move more, and she learned how to read her body’s needs. We will forever be grateful for this program! It gave my daughter tools to move forward!
