I sent an email to reset, but when I clicked the “reset” link it would bring me to the app in a general log in screen not allowing me to reset my password. So I downloaded it so that it would take me to the web browser to reset. Then had to keep opening and hard closing the app because I could not get it to go to the shopping cart and pull up my cart properly. The screen seems to freeze on the prior screen.
