I never got 1 code for signing up for rewards or newsletters. ### 2/5 — Issues wjth App *2026-07-11* I had to delete and re download the pottery barn app because I was trying to reset my password. I sent an email to reset, but when I clicked the “reset” link it would bring me to the app in a general log in screen not allowing me to reset my password. So I downloaded it so that it would take me to the web browser to reset. Then had to keep opening and hard closing the app because I could not get it to go to the shopping cart and pull up my cart properly. The screen seems to freeze on the prior screen. Very poor design / experience, not what I would expect from pottery barn / pottery barn kids ### 4/5 — Quality products *2026-05-05, version 16.4.0* The Beddingsfrom PB are quality and will lastv a long time. I love them. Pricey but if you are patient enough, they do go on sale ### 3/5 — Problem checking out using app *2026-03-09* In the PBK app I selected Venmo to check out and it would not go through. Yet I got no error message. I tried several times thinking it was a connection issue. When I called to get assistance I was told to order over the phone with a credit card or log out of my Pottery Barn Kids account and log back in. Since I had the money in Venmo, I chose to do that. What she didn’t tell me was that they no longer accepted Venmo as payment and that the option would disappear when I logged back in. I found that to be deceptive and a waste of my time. Why not just tell me?! I was able to use Venmo through Apple Pay but it shouldn’t have been so difficult. This will probably be my last purchase here. When you spend $200 to purchase one overpriced item, it should be worth effortless. ### 3/5 — It’s okay *2026-03-08* I wish it was combined with Pottery Barn Teens so I could toggle back and forth. Also, in the cart it has Save For Later but it doesn’t look close to the item so I always save the wrong item for later. Last thing is that it doesn’t update items that are out of stock until you proceed to payment. Then I placed the order I got text confirmation that my order was placed. I go to my order and nothing in the history and the items are still in my cart.
