We have had a wonderful relationship with the Pottery Barn team in Little Rock nearly 11 years ago after we lost our log home to fire. The team got us back on our feet and helped make our next home comfortable and inviting. We shall forever remember their help, love and kindness. We only wish the store was still in Little Rock! I am purchasing this in all the colors to give as Christmas gifts if I can bare to part with them. This year I ordered an Ugg high-end faux fur blanket, and another that is “bombing” my instagram page and neither come close to this blanket. Disappointing customer service, had an issue receiving a credit for a return )took over 10 days). Called back to follow up and asked if they could just reimburse my credit card and I would rebuy the item (in the size I needed) over the phone with them.
