### 4/5 — This works great but..

*2024-01-05*

I have used this app to fully potty train two of my kids and now I am potty training my last kid with this app. He loves it. I am surprised how motivated he is to add a star to a chart and call Miss Rachel. All of a sudden the problem I’m having is that the phone will ring to call Miss Rachel but as soon as you hit accept nothing shows up. I have tried to delete the app and re-download and it’ll work once or twice and then it’ll stop working again.

### 3/5 — It USED to be a 5 star app?!?!

*2023-10-22*

It used to have different stickers the kids could pick from on their chart, AND a memory game they could play while they sat on the potty. Definitely has dropped in rating since those are no longer available!

### 3/5 — Ms Rachel

*2023-04-24*

I got this app because it said phone call with ms Rachel I thought it meant THE ms Rachel, songs for littles, I haven’t used the app yet I’ll update this when I do if it goes well. But this review is just to say it’s not the songs for littles ms Rachel that everyone watches these days

### 4/5 — Loved it!

*2020-05-04*

So I am late on this review, about 4 years late lol. I used this in 2016 for my daughter and we loved it! I just recommended it to a friend so I had to come leave a review. She got potty trained in less than a month using this, only underwear and a potty reminder app.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2020-04-25, version 2.0.7*

My daughter loves this we are on day two no accidents she looks forward to adding a sticker and the calls from rachel! I wish there different sayings instead of the se thing but either way my daughter loves it. I think maybe add a potty reminder i had to download a separate app to remind to go potty.

### 4/5 — Timer please?

*2020-03-19*

I wish this app had a timer that would start playing the potty time song when it goes off. That would make it absolutely it absolutely perfect! Thanks for making this free AND awesome. My daughter loves it!

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2020-01-28*

Calls receiving from Rachel are wonderful idea! My kid feels so proud to receive a special call and gets so motivated! Just wish there were more varieties of conversations to keep it as exciting as the beginning all the time of training!

### 5/5 — She loved the videos!

*2020-01-12*

My 2.5 year old actually loved these videos watched for hours got her talking about going potty and following along! She loves the books too! The star chart is awesome she likes to tap it when she earns a star.

### 3/5 — Great app but..

*2019-12-02, version 2.0.7*

I love this app, I used it with my first, 2nd & 3rd, and now my 4th. It works great but what happened to all the songs and videos? There used to be more and I specifically miss the twinkle twinkle song ( found it again on YouTube). Otherwise 5 stars. It works, no candy needed to potty train in a couple days.

### 5/5 — Used for 2 kids already and will use again for current little ones!

*2019-05-19, version 1.9.0*

I never needed another app and although it does have repetitive songs, the kids love it!

### 5/5 — Such a cute app

*2019-01-31, version 1.9.0*

The Rachel Call has been so fun. Rachel praises or encourages if there is an accident. Free downloads in the More button has a chart to keep track. You get 2 ebooks to read, a couple of video clips, and music.

### 5/5 — This works!

*2018-11-24, version 1.9.0*

This App is loved by my 2 year old son. He thoroughly enjoys all the videos and when Rachel calls him. Nicely done!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Oh oh it’s an accident…

*2025-11-23*

Whenever I have opened this app it’ll load past the initial screen to the main screen but beyond that there’s the little logo that just keeps spinning and says “Loading”

I can’t click any of the buttons ANYWHERE on the app it simply doesn’t work. It’s sad to see a developer MAKE the pottytime app but never tend to it.

Where’s the bug fixes? And if this had been worked on recently I can tell you haven’t been using the correct APIs AND YOU’RE MISSING AN OVERLAY SCREEN if you have been updating recently. This is sad.

### 1/5 — Needs an update or something

*2024-02-23*

App will not work just keeps going blank everytime I click on something. Worked for my son years ago but now it’s just won’t load

### 1/5 — Dude dont’chu know

*2021-01-29*

Toddlers would like seeing blippi or Elmo or Daniel tiger on a potty training app than some random people they haven’t heard of before

### 1/5 — Useless

*2020-03-31*

What kid wants some random person congratulating them if it was blippi it would of been better. Very lame videos songs not interesting at all I’ll just call my kids aunts and grandparents instead

### 1/5 — My son cried when Rachel wasn't responding.

*2019-08-08, version 1.9.0*

My son was so excited to talk to Rachel... however, the app keeps crashing. Sometimes I have my son pick up the phone and the video does not play and then my son starts to cry because Rachel isn’t there...

This app would have 4-5 stars if this didn't keep happening...

### 1/5 — The app is glitchy

*2019-07-19, version 1.9.0*

It sometimes works and then doesn’t most of the time. The videos and the calls never work. Only the story book. I’m so glad it worked when I needed it, but I want to recommend it to other parents but it’s so glitchy.

### 1/5 — Audist

*2019-07-15, version 1.9.0*

The app says it includes stickers it does not. Videos do not work. Rachel is supposedly an advocate for deaf kids but has songs with no sign language. So she continues to do the same thing that many audiologists, ENTS and SLP’s do and ignore the need for deaf kids to have access and instead favor hearing children and still not even include everything that the app says it does. Do not buy. Ableist & Audist

### 1/5 — No sticker chart

*2018-07-29, version 1.9.0*

Completely changed from last time I used it. My daughter loves Potty Time and Signing Time as much as my son did, but I won’t be able to use this app with her.

### 1/5 — Removed sticker chart

*2018-07-13, version 1.9.0*

Disappointed they removed the sticker chart that was so motivating to my older child. I reinstalled for my youngest but deleted it when I realized there was no longer a rewards chart.

### 1/5 — Was good not anymore

*2018-06-27, version 1.9.0*

I used this app when I potty trained my daughter. We loved it it had an area where every time she used it she got to put a sticker in her book. Downloaded it again today and the sticker books gone.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Works great over here

*2026-04-05*

Just redownloaded this to my newer device to see if it still worked before recommending it to others, and it works great, zero issues. This is a good resource for someone potty training a child- there are (silent) books, music, videos and encouraging phone calls “from” Rachel to your child.

### 5/5 — Hi

*2023-02-24*

I used to have this!🤣 I like to download games I had when I was younger!😹

### 5/5 — Great

*2023-02-14*

I’ve been potty training my younger sister and this app really helps my sister loves the songs!

### 5/5 — Wow so helpful!

*2022-12-24*

I have been potty training my son for a long time (or attempting to). He understood the basic concept already but was having a lot of trouble stopping playing and going to the potty because he was so absorbed in playing. We were having a lot of pee accidents and he just didn’t seem to care. The song “Stop and Go” on here REALLY helped. He loves the songs and hand signs paired with it. He also loves seeing the other children in the videos. The star chart has been so helpful as well! Oh and the phone call from Rachel (the success one) made him light up with joy. Thank you SO much to whoever made this app! It has helped make potty time fun, positive and it is effective!!

### 5/5 — Loved this app

*2022-11-22*

I taught 4 grandkids to use the potty with this app. I can’t figure out why the app will not open now. It looks like it is still in the App Store. Any recommendations on how to open the app. I wanted to show it to a friend who needs help with potty training. Love this app!!!

### 5/5 — Best app for potty training

*2022-08-10*

My 2 year old son LOVES Rachel. He sings the songs and signs along to the words. The phone calls from Rachel make him smile and squeal with pride. I recommend this app to any parent about to undertake the challenge of potty training.

### 5/5 — This is the one to use!!

*2022-05-03*

We first used this app in 2016 with our eldest. We went back to the app in 2018 and we are using it again now in 2022 with our third kiddo. All of them have loved getting the phone calls from Ms. Rachel. Hubs and I absolutely recommend this app!

### 5/5 — AMAZING!!

*2021-01-29*

My little bro who’s three years old loves this! Me and my parents have tried everything to make him go potty, including giving him candy canes every time he goes potty, but it just doesn’t work!
And when I found this app, it was a relief he loved it!
Every time when he’s doing using the potty, he races to call Rachel on my tablet. He smiles as he watches Rachel congratulate him. He loves it!
And he loves listening to the potty theme song. He dances along to it and murmurs the song. It’s great!
I love this app!

### 5/5 — FANTASTIC! Highly recommended!

*2020-09-10*

Late leaving the review; however, I highly recommend this App for Potty Training. The videos, stickers, and especially the phone calls keep your little one interested and excited.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2020-04-30, version 2.0.7*

Stumbled across this by accident, my son loves to call Rachel and we’ve been using the star chart to reward him. Very easy to use and understand for a 3 year old which is ideal.
