### 3/5 — Buggy, freezes

*2026-07-21, version 5.3.70*

Good concept, but UI is a little clunky when recording activity. Worked okay for a few days and then started freezing any time I added an activity with a prior time; now freezing when adding any activity.

### 3/5 — Good app but

*2026-06-13, version 5.3.55*

When paying for premium to share timers and what not, would appreciate it if it didn’t sign me out every other day.

### 2/5 — Add more features

*2025-11-19, version 5.3.20*

The app needs to be able to save the schedule timers after it prompts child to go to bathroom. I would like to be able to have my voice recorded as an alarm. Timer duration reminder needs to be also in hours. This will be a great help. Thank you.

### 3/5 — Need ND choices

*2025-07-12, version 5.3.10*

We love this app and it works great. However, it does need selections for neurodivergent kids. For instance for nonverbal or autistic kids who use AAC devices, need prompting, or utilize PECS. It will better help us track communication methods while potty training.

### 3/5 — Weird

*2025-07-03, version 5.3.7*

It’s nice to be able to track my child bathroom breaks and everything for training but i do think it’s extremely weird there’s an option to add pictures. My son was 3 when he learned and I didn’t need an app because he pick it up fairly easy but my daughter has had more issues but she’s only 2 and a half so I feel like for earlier training it should be easier to track it.

### 3/5 — Ago timing off

*2025-05-15, version 5.2.20*

This app is helpful, but it goes from being specific to minutes to hours that aren't correct and it would be nice to have a quick glance to know how long it's been since the last activity

### 2/5 — Decent app with one big failure

*2025-02-16, version 5.2.14*

Up itself works great phone app super useful however, the ad to Apple Watch option is limited. This app cannot be added to a family shared watch. For those of you with children with their own Apple Watch is tied to your phone. They cannot use this app for their own potty training reminders on their watch. In order to add to child’s watch, they must have their own iPhone with the app as well. This is not good for any kid this age who has a reminder on their watch for training.

### 4/5 — Great App but Missing Key Functionality

*2024-09-21, version 5.0.42*

This app would be 5 stars if it had an option to automatically repeat the timer instead of manually turning it on each time. I downloaded a new app for the timer.

### 3/5 — Fix the sync issues, please

*2024-06-12, version 5.0.35*

I loved this app. Until it stopped syncing. No matter what I did to troubleshoot, nothing. My son is special needs and all his providers, school, home caregivers are on this app and we can’t use it the way we used to. Not sure how much longer I’ll keep paying monthly. :(

### 1/5 — Clicking on free trial charges you for a year

*2023-10-18, version 5.0.23*

I downloaded this to try with my granddaughter and while the app itself seems great and has lots of helpful features, when the inevitable “buy me” pop-up appeared, I thought, why not try the 3-day free trial? The one-year box was highlighted and when I clicked on the one-month box, the free trial disappeared. So I clicked on the one-year box, then on the 3-day free trial box. It explained exactly how to go to your Apple ID and cancel before the end of your trial to avoid being charged, which I did immediately. The red “you have canceled your subscription” appeared and I noted with some irritation that it said it expired October 17, ie: I only got a one-day trial instead of 3. What I DIDNT notice was the 2024 after it. Today (10/18/23) there is an email receipt for my one-year subscription for $19.99.

I am not an idiot. I carefully read the terms and followed the directions for getting the free trial. This app cheats you!

### 2/5 — No customer support

*2023-10-14, version 5.0.23*

I’ve texted customer support from the app and they never reply. Why even have that feature in the app if it’s not working?

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Greedy just like them all now

*2026-06-10, version 5.3.55*

This app used to have so much to offer for free or low cost. No surprise, just like them all, they’ve gone to the subscription model. I’m deleting. It was a cool idea, but I can just set a timer and use a sticker chart instead if they’re expecting me to buy a subscription for a potty training app.

### 1/5 — Insights full of file names

*2026-05-16, version 5.3.51*

The insights are broken, full of file names and do not use our child’s name anymore.

### 1/5 — Dark patterns to keep you “engaged”

*2025-11-15, version 5.3.20*

We bought the product and use it dozens of times. Yet relentlessly it keeps turning on “tips” that are useless, so I get a pop up and forced to engage

Hope the PM got their bonus on that

Stop turning the “tips” on after I turn them off

### 1/5 — A real joke

*2025-05-26, version 5.2.22*

After FIRST HOUR using it, it already ask you to pay for a plan. It doesn’t allow you to play the timer and other basics settings, without joining a monthly plan!! I don’t even know if the app will help me, how do you guys expect that a customer pay for a plan without being able to test the basics of your app?

### 1/5 — Good but…

*2025-04-09, version 5.2.16*

Good app to track and remind for potty training. However after paying for the premium option to share timers, it is quite buggy. Reached out to support three times and got no response so have cancelled the subscription.

### 1/5 — Need a free version

*2025-01-01, version 5.2.12*

I was excited to use this app especially since it syncs with your watch and helps track your child’s progress, but it’s insists you make an account and THEN tells you to pick a monthly plan so they can charge a monthly fee.
I cancelled my account and deleted the app.
If you wanna charge then give a free version and offer an upgrade version for people to choose to pay for. I found it annoying that it wasn’t up front about that from the beginning. Total waste of time to download & set up.

### 1/5 — Only 3 free timers

*2024-08-11, version 5.0.40*

This app only allows you to set 3 free timers and then you have to pay to potty. I can set a perpetual FREE timer on my phone. The interface isn’t even fun or attractive to kids.

### 1/5 — Limited use before subscription

*2024-03-16, version 5.0.32*

You only get so many timer sets before you have to subscribe and pay. I just want a free version and this was very deceptive

### 1/5 — Drains battery

*2024-01-20, version 5.0.31*

While the app was useful it also drained my battery and made my phone overheat!

Deleted

### 1/5 — App not helping

*2023-10-22, version 5.0.23*

This app was not helpful. It forces you to set the timers on your own and makes no loud noise when the timer goes off. Was a waste of time I’m better off setting a timer on my phone

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2026-08-21, version 5.3.74*

This app is so useful !! My son goes to his grandparents half the week after nursery and this app was brilliant for sharing with family so we were all consistent with potty training.

### 5/5 — potty tracking

*2026-08-11, version 5.3.74*

Really good app to track potty training and track progress. We don’t pay for the subscription, even without its helpful

### 5/5 — Amazing f

*2026-07-03, version 5.3.67*

The potty training app is very helpful in logging all attempts , accidents and successes. As the weeks progressed it was nice to see my little one having more success and less accidents. Great app and great team.

### 5/5 — The best potty training app!

*2026-03-19, version 5.3.40*

I absolutely love this app! It’s helped so much! I love that I can track potty training events/accidents, set a timer and create a team so those who look after my child can update the progress log as well! It’s been a great way to keep track!!

### 5/5 — Benjamin

*2025-06-28, version 5.3.3*

Benjamin

### 5/5 — Very Helpful!

*2025-01-25, version 5.2.14*

My husband and I both downloaded this app and got the subscription for 3 months so we could link up our phones and track our daughters progress. It’s a very helpful app for potty training and helped us identify her holding patterns and how to help her. Just in case you’re also potty training a delightfully willful, stubborn and mildly autistic child, Betty still has to use the bathtub for pee often because she can’t relax on the potty sometimes and needs water around her feet to help her go. She has an insane ability to hold pee and poo so we are using Chillax gummies, LuvBug probiotics, apple juice and Belvita fiber crackers to keep her regular. Consistency is key! Same potty every day is key! Thank you for this app and helping us track and communicate on this daily.

### 5/5 — It works!

*2024-08-19, version 5.0.40*

I finally found a track able way to see how my child is doing with her potty training! I can see the progress in charts & so much more.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2024-08-17, version 5.0.40*

Easily gets toddlers engaged with the gamification of potty time! My little loves getting their picture taken every time and feels a sense of accomplishment and also pride in knowing that their pants are dry and their family happy. 5/5

### 5/5 — GREAT FOR TRACKING POTTY USE!

*2024-06-29, version 5.0.35*

I don’t know how this app doesn’t have as many reviews as it should. I think it’s great!

Easy to track. Very straight forward!

You have the option to pay for a premium but without it it still does the trick! We are 5 days into potty training and I wish I had this on day one! It’s a good visual to see how well my little one is progressing!

### 5/5 — Great for co parenting & super easy!

*2022-09-29, version 4.2.4*

Love that my daughters dad and I can both use the app and all the info is synced so we can see the info on each other’s time. Also super easy to use, love how easy and accessible everything is! The only recommendation I have is to add a “Wet” button. Cause for our potty training method we are doing underwear all day but then diaper at nap and bedtime and when the diapers are wet from that I don’t like to consider it an accident especially so early on in our potty training journey. So it’s nice if she wakes up dry I click dry but if she wakes up wet I’d rather be able to click wet, rather than considering it an accident.
