Best app makes you honestly feel better about you quitting so please download the app try it out if you don’t like okay but definitely if your quitting please do this

We all say we want to quit and never do, but this app made it happen! I love that it keeps you accountable, while also rewarding you with stats like how much money you’ve saved or how your brain heart and oral health improve over time. The resources available on the app are great too - online therapy, a “quit coach”, a journal to track how you’re feeling, etc. I also really like the community aspect to it, like having a “buddy system” so that nobody is alone in this journey. I highly recommend!
