## What is Pounce?

Pounce is a one-thumb slingshot climber. Drag back, release, and launch the ball up an endless vertical shaft — land on the platforms, bank off the walls, keep climbing.

The skill is in the landing: hit a platform dead center for a PERFECT and build your multiplier up to x8. Falling is survivable — you only lose at the very bottom.

The higher you climb, the meaner it gets: crumbling pads, springboards, conveyor belts, timed glass, spikes — and now ice, blinking platforms and see-saws.

• The blinker: solid ground is a privilege, not a right. This platform takes breaks.

• Your rank now shows on every death, so the disappointment is quantified.
• Pounce speaks 14 languages now. You can be bad at this in all of them.

•  Added a global leaderboard so you can lose to strangers in countries you've never heard of. 
• Your country's flag appears next to your score. Represent your nation. Disappoint it internationally.
• 38 new ball skins: lava, disco, ninja, cotton candy and more — with fire trails, sparkles and hearts. Still purely cosmetic. Still won't help. Still need them all.
• Cloud save: your stars, balls and best score now survive reinstalls and new phones. Your progress is safe forever. Your dignity remains at risk.
• Fixed: your ball's shadow no longer follows it into the air. Shadows don't work like that. We checked.
