I downloaded this app and signed up for the free 3 day trial. Within 1 hour i cancelled. My credit card was still charged. There is no way to contact customer service. I will dispute charge. ### 1/5 — Is it for Pet or People? *2023-01-19* I tried to do a cutout but the app is looking for people and not seeing the dog. There are no instructions. Once you add a photo, you can’t seem to add more. It shows cute templates, but when you try to add a photo, it says that it doesn’t have a person in it? And it tries to charge you $29.99 after using for a couple days. This has been an issue for over a year. They haven’t fixed it but are still raking in monthly fees. Only had the app for 20 minutes before deleting. ### 4/5 — Love this but somethings are annoying *2022-05-29* I love this app it’s so cool and you don’t need to pay to get the app but this is supposed to be for pets and I have a dog but when ever I want to snip a picture of my dog and place it somewhere it says no humans detected... how is this supposed to be for my pet if it requires humans in it???? I kinda fixed that problem by just putting a picture of me and my dog but not to close and then erase my self. Also there are some bugs my phones bin glitchy when I use that app and it always crash. Sometimes the photos we get of them don’t capture their true personality and so adding them in to silly filters was a great way to get people engaged and interested. But for over 6 months now the filter doesn’t work anymore….. I sent a message last summer (2021) and notified them and they said they were aware and working on this issue… 7 months later and it’s still broken. It’s a bummer because unfortunately this means I’m just deleting the app…. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work unless u pay *2022-03-18* The app is maybe free to download and it makes out you can use it without the subscription. Don’t waste your money. ### 1/5 — Sneaky do not get-not clear on charges! *2022-02-22* I couldn’t tell if this was a free app or not, and then in order to continue it looked like it was a fee of $29 or so after a certain number of free days (maybe 3???). I wasn’t even clear if it charged me the $29 to continue trying to do my first photo and am not happy so I have to figure out if inadvertently I got roped into this auto monthly charge thing. Plus the first photo didn’t even work. I would not get the app. I don’t like apps that are not transparent how the charges work and make it look like you have to select certain choices in order to progress to the next page. It was simply not clear to a consumer how this worked and it felt like it was intentionally set up that way... ### 1/5 — It didn’t work on my pet’s photos. *2022-01-30* I tried to use the medieval portrait filter on my cat. Instead of pasting his head on the body, it pasted a hand from the background of the photo. I tried it on a cat, and I don’t even what it showed. This is way too expensive for AI services. You can find this free online and with other apps. For $2, Temu will make your pic AND print it on canvas for you.
