I don’t like the app guides you through account creation and setup, only to take you on an app tour to find app is locked behind a pay wall.

This app has helped me work towards my goal because I see the impact of my actions daily and can make adjustments before it is too late. Love the reminders to log meals and the simplicity in adding my meals and snacks via chat, pic or just speaking.  It’s like your own personal coach right in your pocket.

This app is insane. Easily the best health tracker on the market. The fact you can schedule text or phone calls and an AI agent reaches out to you is one of the best features I’ve seen in a health app. Not to mention the forecasting and prediction models. I’m getting addicted to using this.
