## What is Pour?

Pour turns your routines into something you can press play on.

Pick a routine, tap it, and the whole screen fills with liquid — water, honey, sand, or mercury — that drains as each step elapses. Full means the step just started; empty means it's done. Time you can see, built for time blindness.

Pour is designed for ADHD brains. Starting is the hard part, so Pour keeps it to two taps: open the app, tap a routine, and you're pouring. No setup screens in the way, no confirmations, no judgment when plans change.
