## What is Poured?

Save the cocktails you actually drink

You order something incredible at a bar. Two weeks later, you can't remember what was in it.
Poured fixes that. Point your camera at the menu, and Poured pulls the drink name, the ingredients, and the flavor notes — then builds a real, makeable recipe with proper proportions, technique, and garnish, the way a trained bartender would write it.
How it works

Scan the menu. One photo. Poured reads it and extracts the drink.
Get the recipe. Exact measurements, step-by-step instructions, glassware, and garnish — not a vague guess.
Snap the drink. Add a photo of the cocktail as it actually arrived, so you remember more than the name.
Build your book. Swipe through your collection. Search by drink, ingredient, or where you had it.
Make it yours. Every recipe is editable. Nudge the ratios until it tastes like the one you remember.

Most cocktail apps hand you a library of ten thousand drinks you'll never make. Poured is the opposite: a small, personal book of the ones you already loved, ready to make at home.
