It keeps saying nothing found. I actually use to hire people like this in my last few jobs. So I’m like why is it so hard for their chat or customer service to reply. Then I get so many text messages from it to work but I can’t. The referral bonus is taxed. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2021-03-14* This app has had glitches since I’ve first downloaded it. I would get massive amount of texts saying I have job offers that didn’t exist. I worked my first shift on the 28th of February and still haven’t been paid because my on boarding was a whole entire mess. Then I was told I accepted a shift I never accepted, then on top of that without even discussing with me to get my side I was told I was removed from the app. I had proof I never accepted the shift and the app is a faulty mess and of course after sending proof POURED has yet to reach out to me. Now I look bad to a company for something that was out of my control. This app is a mess all around !!! **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for your frustrating experience. Since version 11.6, we have made major changes to improve the user experience, especially to our notification system to eliminate any surges in alerts. All users can be assured that they will be informed promptly and accurately when they have shifts confirmed. Only when our talent have unexcused absences will issue a warning for missing a shift. We pride ourselves in paying our talent accurately and on time, and have since even created the option for next day pay! I used the app to staff my pop up over the holiday season and was impressed with the talent I booked! ### 1/5 — No password retrieval??? *2020-01-11, version 8.3* I signed up with Poured, but when I tried to log back in, I could not remember my password. They don’t give you an option to retrieve your password, so now I’m locked out! Amateur programmers! I get offers (supposedly) and show interests all the time just for me to see positions have “been filled ins (supposedly). I don’t think anything on this is real.
