## What is Pourline?

Pourline is a pour-over coffee timer and brew log. Save the recipes you brew most, follow stage-by-stage pour cues while you brew, and jot down how the cup turned out.

Build a recipe
- Point the camera at a bag of beans. Pourline cuts the bag into a sticker and reads the bean name and origin off the label.
- Enter dose, water, temperature and grind. The ratio is calculated for you, and changing the ratio scales the water.
- Lay out pours on a timeline: bloom, each pour, waits and drawdown, with grams and seconds for every stage.

Brew
- A 3-second countdown, then a chime at every stage and a voice cue: "pour to 240 grams", "stop pouring".
- The Dynamic Island and Lock Screen show the current stage, its countdown and overall progress.
- Timing is timestamp-based, so switching apps or locking the phone never throws it off.

Log
- Every cup shows up as a coffee sticker on the calendar. See at a glance how many days you brewed this week.
- Rate each cup and write flavor notes, then brew it again.
- A four-week chart of how often you brew.
- Optionally log estimated caffeine for each cup to Apple Health.

Brew from anywhere
- Widgets show today's cups and your streak; tap a recipe on the medium widget to start brewing.
- Put a "Start brewing" button in Control Center, on the Lock Screen or on the Action button.
- Ask Siri: "Brew Weekend V60 with Pourline."
- Pick a recipe, time it and log it on Apple Watch while your phone stays in your pocket.

Your data stays yours
• Recipes and logs live on your device and sync between your devices through your own iCloud.
• No account, no ads, no third-party analytics. Bean-bag recognition runs on device; photos are never uploaded.

The free plan keeps 3 recipes and shows the last 30 days of history, with the timer, Dynamic Island and widgets fully available. Pro unlocks unlimited recipes, your whole brew history, ratings and flavor notes, and Apple Watch. Choose monthly, yearly or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions are charged to your Apple account, renew automatically within 24 hours before the period ends, and can be cancelled anytime in Settings › Subscriptions.
