I have tried for 6 months to download my paid subscription without luck and help impossible

As of today I have not received my new month's magazine. This app is not allowing for restoring.

Subscribed and can not download any mag. Just get error messages. Mail to support was not answered. Removed and reinstalled app, nothing changed :-(( .

Have had issues with delivery.  Looks like app is from Zinio.  Initial support didn't resolve but once the issue got to Zinio it got resolved quickly
