Every time they change something to “make it better” they end up taking away a feature that did make it good. For example, deposits are no longer highlighted in green, everything is in black lettering and makes it harder to distinguish deposits and withdrawals. ### 1/5 — Very Boring App *2022-03-22* This banking app is very boring just like the bank and to plain black and white. I nearly fall asleep everytime I get on. You need to add more banking features and better vibrant colors than just plain black and white. Id rather log in to the desktop website. Better for my eyes. ### 2/5 — App is not very user friendly *2021-11-18* 1) app times out frequently 2) Does not stay logged in even though option selected 3) Does not remember login credentials. iPhone specifically painful to use as you have to type in the password every @#$&*$&#@ time. Let users use phone passcode for second verification. Touch works well on iPad app. 4) Bill pay feature struggles with searching for vendors. I had to search using Express only instead of American Express as the search struggled to find American Express. 5) if I toggle between apps, I have to log in again. This is painful when using bill pay as I’m trying to get dollar amounts from other sources. This is a great app for 2001, but not very user friendly for 2021. ### 1/5 — 👎 *2021-07-24* Don't bother downloading this app. Don't bother opening an account with Power Credit Union. Just don't. No seriously, do. not. bother. The previous app was fine. This one is awful. Lacks the ability to have a check drafted from the account and sent to users home address. The user has to manually call PCU, wait on hold and hope they get someone on the line who knows how to send out a check. ### 1/5 — Really not a helpful app *2019-04-24* I really want to love power credit union but between not having a drive thru ATM at my branch and this app that has hardly any features, it’s not easy. Please add the ability to transfer to external bank accounts and update balances quicker. It’s 2019. ### 1/5 — This new app is awful *2019-02-02* Your old application worked fine. This “new” and “improved” app keeps shutting. down or restarting every time I try to log into it and when I manage to get through and I want to check one of my account balances the app tells me that an error occurs and I need to call the union. What’s the point of having this app if none of the features work.
