The recent app update looks nice, but once you click into an account, there’s a persistent comment at bottom of the screen re: balances that you cannot click away from. It’s eating a third of my screen. LOSE THIS “FEATURE”!!

After iOS 18 on my iPhone 15, the widget is gone. I can no longer view my account balances at a glance, without having to enter the app itself.

I went through and checked if there’s an update to the app, nothing. Went and checked the settings for quick balance widget within the app, and it’s enabled with all my accounts selected.

When on the widget page, clicking edit > Add Widget, and searching for the PowerFi widget I cannot find anything at all related to PowerFi!

Please fix this!

The last year has been very disappointing for me as a credit unit on member for almost 40 years. This credit union has always had the best service without question but recently lots of error taking a lot of time to either fix or bring to the attention of customer services. I have slowly moved my banking services to another bank with much better services on line, by phone & in person. I am sad since the people who work at the credit union are great but their technology & operations behind the scenes are not up to their former quality & much surpassed by other institutions. Bill Pay does not work well when not electronic and now statements & tax reports do not print or download with the mobile app, which often is not working for various features.

Update: services still declining sad to report. Mobile app functions decreasing so no more ability to download or print statements to a mobile device. Also, no additional layer of security to log in with secondary authentication by code like all other financial apps & even non-financial apps available. My slow migration is almost complete. Not feeling safe with my money at this institution.

The app does the basics & essentials you’d need & expect from a banking app: check your balance, deposit checks, transfer within your accounts, etc...not saying there is anything wrong with these features & have never experienced a problem but I have used other banking apps & when you compare PFCU app to others, it’s basic.
A few things I would like to see:
- Zelle (Its too big not to associate with. I know this is a bank issue but might as well put it here)
- Not have to be redirected to another site to view PFCU credit card statements.
- A better layout

So again the app is good, no major downfalls but can be better when comparing to other major bank apps.

I have grown together with Power Financial, since when it used to be Pan Am Horizons.
Everyone is super nice and not out to get you with fees an surcharges.
My children were Rocky Raccoons who later became adult members.
It’s a family thing ❤️

I have been a member of power financial for about 25 years. I am very happy with their customer service and all their banking options. In the changing world we live in I would like them to offer a high-yield savings account, many other banking institutions are doing so. So I will be soon moving my money out of power financial into one of those institutions.

There’s no easy way to report an issue to the devs of this app besides to leave 1 star review and hope they see it. I have the visa elite signature CC. Whenever I click on it from within the app, it begins to load the Account History page and eventually says, “It looks like there is an issue on our end. Please try again in a little while.” Tapping on OK reverts you back to the main screen, unable to view anything further regarding my CC account.. if you tap outside of the OK / message window then you can continue to browse the history page but it’s completely empty with no transaction history what so ever.. Closing and reloading the app never fixes this. It’s been like this for months, my guess is that is due to no one being able to easily report the issue. My suggestion to devs? Give us an easy ‘report’ button that sends a detailed summary of phone data (model, iOS version, app version, etc) along with a screenshot of what the user is currently seeing. That will make EVERYONES lives better. Trust me.

I love the app, HOWEVER, I can’t use Zelle anymore which is a huge inconvenience. When I go to access Zelle through the PowerFi app, it just crashes. I hope they fix this issue soon.

The new update has no other issues other than when I try to use Zelle. Every time I choose the Zelle option and go to the page, it loads for a few seconds before the whole app crashes. It’s been a while since this started and it’s extremely inconvenient.

The old app worked perfect for eDeposit. This app is very, very difficult to get the photos of front and back of check to be properly seen. It is practically unusable. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!  I deposit to my account every month.  It zooms in the photo even when you take it showing all the corners, very frustrating!!

I recently open Hreat Apps an account with pfcu, this bill payer app's is better than other banking I use. Interface is user friendly. I am only missing mobile alerts!
