I have propellers up to level 11, but I'm still only able to buy them at level 4. I maxed out all of the car stuff and most of the upgrades in a single day. I have nothing left to do but work on the propellers to generate more electricity and money, but like I said it's slow and tedious at this point. The constant pop-up to watch a video to buy a higher-level propeller is extremely annoying. I also did not like being forced to watch some garbage video ads to be able to fully unlock parts of the game.
