It is an idle game, but things are moving at such a high rate that you feel like you’re accomplishing quite a bit. Their daily rewards are smartly intertwined with “scientific“ questions. All things considered, they reinvented the wheel, and this sucker is smooth. **Developer response:** Glad you liked it. This is pretty much exactly what I tried to achieve. I hope to keep up with more interesting upgrades soon. ### 5/5 — Great Idle Game *2026-08-04* I have been enjoying playing this game. I do wish there was just a little more tutorial around adding homes vs businesses or at least a way to see how they are effecting each other or how much I am making from one and the other individually after I have purchased them. One other thing, it would be nice to be able to move or adjust scientists and auto bottlers without having to switch locations. Again like the game! Thanks for making it ### 5/5 — Love This Game!!! *2026-06-24* This game is a lot of fun, and it has the same vibe as Soda Dungeon, which I love. There is a decent amount of strategy to this game, and it requires you to experiment a bit. That’s why it feels slow to those who stay on one run. Prestige often and try new things depending on what is tripping you up. I wish there was some tutorials for the other areas, they’re kinda confusing, but I’m having a blast on the main map. I love how there isn’t any ads, and that the mayor is available to help you progress a bit quicker. I absolutely love this game, can’t wait to see where it goes. **Developer response:** Glad you like it! A few weeks ago I released the milestone trees that I think give a little bit more guidance but I totally agree that Carbontopia could use a little bit more. I'm hoping to work on that in the coming weeks. ### 1/5 — Too heavily time gated *2026-06-24* The only way to make progress for me was the trivia quiz, which you can only do once a day. Cause you need the single unit of special currency from it, and it was either that or spending money. It asked a profoundly dumb question about the ‘flow’ of a magnetic field (magnetic fields don’t flow) and while thinking about the right answer I ran out of time. So now, if I want to make any progress, I either wait an entire day to try again at the trivia, or pay money. I’ve opted to just delete this terrible game instead. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. There are many more ways to get that currency, just need a little bit more tinkering, or some extra guidance. I'll look into the trivia question and if needs refining. Though by the sound of it it might just not be a game for you, and that's totally fine. ### 5/5 — Great game. *2026-06-17* I've only played for about an hour now, but this game does ads like no other. The reward system it uses makes me not mind watching the ads at all. Der Oberhammer ist aber das man ständig gezwungen wird den Fortschritt zu resetten um an die Prestige Punkte zu kommen. Wer kommt auf so eine unsinnige Idee?
